What data we collect

Contact form: full name, company, email, phone, subject and message.
Parts quote request: the above, plus engine details, parts description, delivery location and, optionally, a photo.
Job application: full name, email, phone, city, CV and anything else you choose to share.
Technical data: to protect against abuse (spam), an anonymised, hashed form of your IP address is stored temporarily.

Purpose and legal basis

We process your data solely to reply to your request and provide the services you ask for (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, steps prior to entering into a contract), on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) and to protect the website (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f)). Job applications are processed for the purpose of recruitment.

Recipients

Your data is accessible only to authorised Company staff and to our hosting and email provider, acting as a processor. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for advertising.

Retention

Messages and quote requests are kept for as long as needed to serve you and meet our legal obligations. CVs are kept for up to 2 years, unless you ask us to delete them earlier.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and you may withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise your rights, email info@hazelgroup.eu. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).

Cookies

This website uses only one essential session cookie to secure the forms (protection against forged submissions), which is deleted when you close your browser. The Google map loads only if you click “Show map”, and only then may Google set its own cookies. If analytics cookies (Google Analytics) are enabled, you will be asked for consent first, which you can withdraw by clearing this site’s data in your browser.
