We do one thing, and we do it properly

Back in 2012 there was a gap in Greece. If your engine said Scania, you called the truck workshop, even if the engine was in a boat, a crusher or a generator set. But a truck engine and a marine or industrial engine only share a name. The philosophy is different, the parts are different and so is the job.

So we founded Modus Technica, the first company in Greece to work only on Scania marine and industrial engines. It took years to make customers see the difference. In 2017 we became Scania’s partner for these engines, and in 2018 the company had grown enough to become Hazel S.A. We are still the only company in Greece that does this and nothing else.

Today around 100 technicians, mechanics and electricians trained and certified by Scania, work out of our workshop in Athens and our mobile service van. Both are run to Scania standards. We are also an authorised Perkins partner and we support Doosan, Iveco and Yanmar engines. Our customers are shipping companies, quarries, industrial machinery firms and generator set suppliers in Greece and abroad. Most of them come back for the same reason. We find the fault and fix it, usually on the first visit.
